Wagga Wagga is NSW's largest inland city and is located almost exactly half way between Sydney and Melbourne. With a population of approximately 57,000 people, Wagga Wagga is nestled on the Murrumbidgee River and is considered the regional centre of the Riverina region.

Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens
The Wagga Wagga botanic Gardens is a special place to visit being an award winning tourist attraction and a park of great significance to our community, set on 20 hectares on the south western slopes of Willians Hill Reserve.
You can visit the gardens for an hour or a day as there is much to see and do. The Botanic Gardens complex offers many different gardens, an extensive miniature ride-on train, a zoo, a free flight aviary, a restaurant and kiosk, music bowl, museum, tree chapel, fitness trail, picnic and barbeque facilities.
